Easy and Convenient Return Policy for Customers
Although we try our best to maintain highest quality but due to unforeseen circumstances, a product might be damaged during transit or incorrectly delivered. We understand it is a huge inconvenience and hence we help with the easiest, convenient return policy.
On receiving an unsatisfactory product, you can return the product to us within 14 days of receiving it. However, make sure to return the product in the condition you received it. In case of a damaged or expired product, we will be more than happy to replace it.
As soon as we receive the returned product, we will refund the money. However, if the product has been damaged by the customer, we will not accept the return of the product. On selecting the return of the product option, the product will be picked up at your doorstep.
Eligibility of the Items for Refund
In order for the product to be eligible for refund, it should be unused and not damaged. The package should be in the original packaging with all the tags intact. We will initiate the refund for the product after the inspection. There will be no refund on the used products.
Once the refund has been initiated by Inaarya Organics, the money will be credited back to your account. Please note that we only exchange or refund defective, damaged, or expired products. Please write to us more about the refund and our customer service will further guide you.
